Your continued use of the Services confirms your acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of Creso immediately.

Creso is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you believe you are in immediate danger, at risk of harming yourself or others, or require urgent assistance, you must contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider without delay. Your use of Creso does not create any obligation on the part of the Company to intervene in such situations.

Some features within Creso are powered by artificial intelligence and other computational systems that generate responses based on patterns, symbolic frameworks, and user-provided inputs. These outputs are intended to support reflection and personal exploration.

You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Outputs may vary in tone, interpretation, and relevance, and should not be treated as factual statements, predictions, or professional advice. Your use of and reliance on any content generated through the Services is at your own risk.

Additionally, certain inputs may be processed through third-party infrastructure, including AI and data-processing providers, solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Services.

You also agree not to misuse the platform in ways that could harm others, interfere with its operation, or violate applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, generating harmful or unlawful content, or misrepresenting information.

Creso allows you to provide inputs such as birth details, questions, and personal reflections in order to generate personalized experiences. You retain ownership of this content. However, by using the Services, you grant Creso permission to process, analyse, and use this information as necessary to deliver, improve, and personalize the experience.

This may involve the use of trusted third-party technologies that assist in processing data securely and efficiently.

If you provide information relating to another individual, you represent that you have the right or consent to share such information in accordance with applicable laws.

Creso may offer both free and paid features, including subscriptions and one-time purchases. Prices may vary depending on location, currency, platform, taxes, and promotional conditions. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the amount that will be charged.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the subscription plan selected. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring timely cancellation if you do not wish to continue.

Deleting the application or your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through the original payment provider used at the time of purchase, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized platforms. Transactions conducted through third-party providers are also subject to their respective terms and conditions, which may govern aspects such as billing, cancellation, and refunds.

From time to time, Creso may offer free trials, promotional pricing, or limited-time offers. These offers may vary between users, regions, and campaigns and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Where a free trial is offered, it may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Users are responsible for understanding the terms presented at the time of the offer.

All purchases made through Creso are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Due to the personalized nature of many of Creso s features, including generated insights, reports, and AI-based responses, such content is considered fully delivered once it has been generated or accessed.

This includes, but is not limited to, astrology reports, tarot readings, numerology insights, compatibility analyses, and personalized responses. Once delivery has begun, these services are deemed complete and are not eligible for refund.

Failure to cancel a subscription prior to its renewal date does not constitute grounds for a refund. Refund requests may only be considered in limited circumstances, such as verified technical issues preventing access to paid features for a sustained period, or unauthorized transactions reported within a reasonable timeframe.

For purchases made through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play, all refund requests must be handled directly through those platforms in accordance with their policies.

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or charges imposed by payment providers in connection with their purchases. Creso does not control or determine such charges.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, declined, or identified as fraudulent, Creso reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to paid features and revoke any associated content or benefits until the matter is resolved. Repeated or abusive payment disputes may result in permanent restrictions on your account.

All elements of Creso, including its design, content, software, and overall experience, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Creso s content without authorization is prohibited.

Creso is continuously evolving. Features, content, and pricing may change over time as the platform develops. While we aim to provide a consistent and reliable experience, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creso shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, decisions made based on content, emotional or psychological outcomes, financial losses, relationship outcomes, or any other personal consequences.

Your use of Creso and reliance on its content is entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Creso s total liability shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Creso in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Creso shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

Creso reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or where necessary to protect the integrity, security, or operation of the platform.

Deleting your account does not cancel any active subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through the original payment provider used for the purchase.

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or business practices. Continued use of Creso after such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Creso reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or where required to maintain the integrity of the platform.

We encourage open communication and will make reasonable efforts to address any questions, concerns, or complaints you may have regarding the Services. If you have an issue, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Both you and Creso agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through informal discussions before initiating formal legal proceedings. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days from the date that notice of the issue is provided by either party, then either party may proceed with appropriate legal action in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in this section shall limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to bring a claim in your country of residence where such rights apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by Creso to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights.

Creso reserves the right to assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, without requiring user consent.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Creso regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creso, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of any content, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

Creso shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to system outages, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, acts of government, natural disasters, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.
